As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on our products—especially customized or made-to-order items, which are crafted exclusively based on your request and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exceptions – When Returns Are Accepted

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
  
• The product was damaged during transit
  
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Important: If any of the above issues apply, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
