Q. Is your Jewellery Certified?
Yes, we provide Certified Jewellery. Every order comes with a certificate from a prestigious certification laboratory in India, HRD, or IGI for the centre stone. Q. Do you offer Custom Jewellery Manufacturing?
Yes we do custom Jewellery orders. Share your designs/sketches, CAD files, or design references, and our expert designers and artisans will turn your vision into reality.
Q. Can I request a different metal or finish for a design?
Jewelspire Jewellery is crafted in 18k Gold. But the same designs can be manufactured in 14K white/yellow gold. You can also choose the different gemstones as per your preference.
Q. Do you Customize ring or bracelet sizes?
Normally our ring size is US 6.5/ India 13/ UK M/ Europe 53. If you require any other ring size, we can make it for you. In bracelets our standard length is 7"(inch). If you require any other size do contact us.
Q. Are the carat and metal weight exactly as mentioned online?
Since we work with high quality natural gemstones, diamonds and gold in our Jewellery, there may be slight variations in weights and dimensions. Metal weight can also differ based on ring or bracelet size.
Q. Is your Jewellery nickel and lead free?
Yes. All our Jewellery is nickel and lead-free, compliant with US safety regulations.
Q. I want to Buy Gemstones in Bulk. Do you offer that?
Yes, we have 65 years of gemstone manufacturing and wholesaling experience. We offer Zambian Emerald, Tanzanite and other gemstones, in various shapes, sizes, and cuts.
