5. Do you offer custom jewellery manufacturing?
 Yes. Share your sketches, CAD files, or design references, and our expert artisans will turn your vision into reality.

6. Can I request a different metal or finish for a design?
 Yes. We offer designs in 14K and 18K white/yellow gold, and 925 sterling silver. You can also choose the finish and stone variants as per your preference. If you want a different gold karatage, do let us know.

7. Do you customize ring or bracelet sizes?
 We offer a variety of sizes and also provide resizing services. Please share the size you need while placing your order.

8. Are the carat and metal weights exactly as mentioned online?
 Since we work with high quality natural gemstones and handcrafted jewellery, there may be slight variations in weights and dimensions. Metal weight can also differ based on ring or bracelet size.

9. Is your jewellery nickel and lead free?
 Yes. All our jewellery is nickel and lead-free, compliant with US safety regulations.

10. I want to buy gemstones in bulk. Do you offer that?
 Yes, we have 65 years of gemstone manufacturing and wholesaling experience. We offer Zambian Emerald, Tanzanite and other gemstones, in various shapes, sizes, and cuts.

 Yes, samples are available on request. Charges may apply but can be adjusted against your confirmed order.
